1. I made an order, but there are no active products in my Member's Area. Why?

Please make sure that your payment has gone through and you have received payment confirmation on your email. Then, make sure you are logged in to the correct account/website. If it still seems like an error, please reach out to Train4sure Customer Support Team.

2. When I login, the website throws me back to the homepage and I can't get to the Member's Area.
