3. I want to install my Train4sure product on 2 computers. Is this allowed?

Yes, you can install Train4sure Testing Engine on 2 machines (standard license) or up to 5 machines (extended license). Please contact us at support@train4sure.com if you have trouble installing the software on the second computer.

4. My Testing Engine status shows EXPIRED. But this is impossible because I have purchased it. What's wrong?

This error may be happening because the system is counts your old product. For example, you used the software long ago. To solve the problem, uninstall old Train4sure files from your machine and download the latest copy of software again. If the problem persists, please contact Support Team at support@train4sure.com.

5. How can I access Practical Labs products?

Practical Labs are available online, so to access them, you need to have stable Internet connection.

6. What is the format of Study Guides?

Train4sure Study Guides are available in PDF format, which is a global standard for publishing and online textbooks.
